Can I filter my templates with tags?

You can filter your templates by using Template tags.

Add a tag to a template

1. Head to your project
2. Click the drop-down menu (...) on the template you want to tag
3. Select Edit Settings / Metadata
4. Enter the tag(s) under Template Tags (separate tags with a comma)
5. Hit Save

Filter tagged templates

1. Head to your project
2. Click the drop-down menu (...) on the tagged template
3. Select the tag you want to filter

Bulk Tagging

If you have a lot of templates to tag, try the Batch template edit to tag in bulk.

1. Head to your project
2. Click Settings
3. Select Batch Template Actions at the bottom

   

4. Select the checkboxes for the templates you want to apply your tag(s) to
5. Click the Edit Settings / Metadata button
6. Enter the tag(s) under Template Tags (separate tags with a comma)
7. Hit Save

Note: You can select multiple templates using your shift key.
