Why am I getting a "couldn't save png" error?

There are two likely reasons you may encounter this error:

The overall template load is too heavy or complicated

• You may be using really high resolution images (e.g. 8000 x 8000 pixels)
• You're combining such images with a hi-res template (canvas size of 3000 pixels or more)
• The image files are too large (e.g. 10mb+)

Reducing the overall load should help to make things more manageable. Try reducing the resolution of the images so they closely match their container size. Also, try to limit the file sizes to 10mb or less.

Bannerbear is being blocked

• Your CDN or server firewall may be blocking Bannerbear's access to the files. This could happen persistently or periodically when sending concurrent requests.
