How do I modify video subtitles
Update Subtitles
It's possible to make minor corrections to video subtitles by using the PATCH method as shown in this example ↗.
For this to work, videos must be pending approval. This means videos that have already been rendered can't be modified. You'll need to ensure that your Video Build Pack is set to manually approve before rendering.
Toggle Manual Approval
- Head to your video template (transcribe)
- Click the ellipsis menu (...)
- Select Edit Build Pack Settings
- Choose Manually approve before rendering under Approval Settings
- Hit Save
