How do I embed my forms?

1. Head to your form template
2. Scroll down to Integrations and click the Forms icon or Settings
3. Click the drop-down menu (...) on your form and select Embed Form
4. Copy and paste the code into your website or page.

Embedded forms will have a border by default, but there is an option for a borderless style that you can enable from the Edit Forms page.

Note: These steps apply to Image, Video, and Template Sets.
